Our Staff
Miami Valley Appraisers has two Ohio Certified General Real Estate Appraisers with a combined 50+ years experience in appraising all types of properties---residential, commercial/industrial, vacant land, wetlands, farmland, and many others. We also have an Ohio Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who specializes in the single- and 2-4 family residential market. All of our appraisers are FHA approved, and one is also VA approved.
